Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- Tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- The item must not be listed as non-returnable or final sale
Return Process
- Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions
- You must ship the item back to the address we provide within 5 days of receiving return confirmation
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return
Refunds
- If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued via your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or a confirmation will be sent for cash-on-delivery returns
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (if available). Please indicate this clearly when you contact us for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Used, damaged, or washed items
- Custom or personalized products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
International Returns
For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Roam Hardy is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
